How I work
Most businesses have routines that do their job. New software that turns everything upside down costs more than it returns. So I start where it actually hurts and leave the rest alone.
One example: an Excel add-in that produces a legally valid electronic invoice from the template a company already uses. Nobody has to rebuild their form. It is built for German invoicing rules — the product page is in German.
